Abaigéal Warfield

Abaigéal is currently on Maternity Leave until August 2025. She normally teaches Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga.

Nicole O'Kelly

Nicole O'Kelly teaches Gentle Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga on Monday nights at the Ballyhaunis studio. She also offers monthly events such as Women's Circles. Book into Nicole's classes directly on her website or send her an email.

Tai Chi & Qigong

Tracey O'Malley

Tracey O'Malley leads Tai Chi & Qigong classes in the studio on Thursdays, described as 'meditation in motion', her classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Breathwork Facilitator

Gary Patterson

Gary is a breathwork facilitator with a passion for nervous system regulation, helping you to de-stress in this busy world.

He hosts breathwork classes (starting March 2025) on Monday mornings. He teaches breathing and exercises to relax the body and mind.
