Join us for a deeply relaxing 90-minute Sound Bath led by the talented JG Murphy in Ballyhaunis’ beautiful new Yoga studio. Let soothing sound vibrations help you reflect, release, and recharge to make way for the new growth of spring. This is your chance to align with the energy of renewal, celebrate growth, and embrace the new beginnings that Imbolc brings. Imbolc marks the halfway point between winter and spring, celebrating the goddess Brigid and the promise of light returning. It’s a time to shed what no longer serves you, embrace growth, and plant seeds of intention for the year ahead. What to Expect: Cosy blankets and cushions for your comfort as you lie back and immerse yourself in calming sounds. No experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and mind. Fixed Term Courses: Please note that all Yoga courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. Please be absolutely sure that you can make the specified dates of the course before booking. For example, if you book a four-week Wednesday course at 8.15pm, your booking is only valid for that course on the specified dates. This also applies to live online courses. Workshops, Private Classes, and Drop-In bookings: Please note, there is no refund for workshops, private classes or drop-ins, if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand. If more than 24 hours notice is given, a full refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
